Decentralized stochastic programming for optimal vehicle?to?grid operation in smart grid with renewable generation

This paper presents a decentralized stochastic programming operation scheme for vehicle-to-grid system in smart grid, which includes series of equipment with random power generation and demands. For households electric devices, renewable solar generation, energy storage systems vehicles, we consider utility operating expenses, including loss consumption cost as the objective function. customers, electricity, battery degradation. To investigate uncertainty bottom-up approach is proposed to develop device usage model analyzing customers' uncertain behaviour. Besides, an vehicle driving are implemented. The implemented OpenMP simulate process on multi-core CPU while reducing computational burden. A case study based IEEE 33-bus distribution different scenarios used evaluate performance approach. simulation results show that by introducing optimal household schedule, expense company can be reduced both customers operators benefit from optimization schedules.
